What do I need to schedule a reservation?
1) Must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993, must have a boater education certificate. Visit www.tpwd.texas.gov for more information.
2) A valid driver's license
3) A major credit card (name on credit card must match driver's license)
How old must I be to operate a ski?
Operators must be 18 or older to operate a ski.
Can I cancel my reservation after it is placed?
Yes, reservations may be canceled 48 hours before your reservation without incurring a cancellation fee. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee per ski being charged to your card. Failure to show up for your reservation will result in forfeiture and a full day's rental fees being charged to your card (per ski).
What happens if I rent a ski, and it rains on my scheduled day?
Due to the ever-changing weather conditions, we cannot issue a refund on the date of your reservation. If you are uncomfortable with the forecasted weather, we encourage you to cancel your reservation 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up date to avoid a cancellation fee.
How many people can ride the jet ski?
A minimum of 1 or a maximum of 3 people can ride the jet ski. (Total weight = 524 lbs.)
How fast does the jet ski go?
The jet ski goes 50-65 mph depending on the weather and conditions of the water surface and occupancy weight.
What is considered a full-day rental?
We determine a full day as up to 23 hours.
What are your pick-up/drop-off times?
Pick-up times: 7:00 - 8:30 PM
Drop-off/Return Time: 6:30 PM
Am I responsible for damaged equipment or accessories?
If there is a problem with the jet ski or trailer, we will determine the cause and determine who is responsible for the damages. As part of the rental agreement, the renter is responsible for the jet ski, trailer, and all other equipment and accessories while in their possession and any damages that occur during that time.
Do I have to mix oil and gas for the fuel?
No, all of our PWCs use 4-stroke technology just as a personal vehicle. There is no mixing of oil and gas required. PREMIUM fuel (91 octane or higher) is the only requirement due to PWC's performance level.
What are the towing requirements?
Your vehicle must have an installed receiver and hitch, a 2-inch ball and a tow light harness. A 4-prong flat connector (wiring harness) for the trailer lights or a 6-way/7-way round wiring harness.
We will perform a pre-check to verify that your vehicle and trailer are in good working condition but also encourage you to check all of your connections prior to your arrival.
